Moldmaking Silicones
Two component room temperature condensation cure silicones make wonderful high quality molds for polyester, polyurethane, and epoxy resin castings. These are great for intricate patterns and they demold in 16-24 hours.
RPD 113 Soft duro 12-16 rubber with a high tear strength and low viscosity and modulus. Great for making molds for figurines, small to large statues, glove molding, prototypes, and pad printing.
RPD 122 Flexible rubber duro 21-25 that is ideal for patterns with deep undercuts and where dimensional stability becomes important. Ideal for picture frames, furniture, architectural molding, glove molding, prototypes, monument restoration, figurines and small to large statues. Excellent tear resistance.

For the above kits a thixotropic catalyst can be substituted for regular catalyst to obtain a paste consistency. This is used to thicken the silicone for a non-slumping quality. This will change the price of the kit slightly and allow you to do an application where a paste is needed.
RPD 140 This 2 component room temperature cure silicone is an excellent choice for intricate patterns for skin molding where a higher durometer (38-42), tough rubber with dimensional stability is required. Great for molds for furniture or picture frame replication, monument restoration, architectural moldings, and prototypes. 24 hour demold time.

RPD 260 This 2 component room temperature addition cure silicone is great for moldmaking of furniture, picture frames, architectural moldings, and pad printing, High durometer (60), excellent dimensional stability. Good for casting with polyesters and epoxies as well as rigid and foam polyurethane resin castings. Demold time is 8-12 hours.

Super Mold Molding Compounds These urethanes provide rapid mold production with excellent durability. They provide the highest tensile strength and tear resistance available. Your finished mold is great for pouring concrete and plaster items as well as a variety of casting materials to make hard or flexible pieces. Low odor, 100% solids, available in 0-90 Shore A.
Super Mold 20 This soft urethane rubber is ideal for difficult molds. Soft 20 shore A, 1:1 mix by weight. Working time is 30 minutes and cures in 24 hours at 72 degrees F.
Super Mold 30 Moldmaking rubber with a firm 30 Shore A. Good mold life. Great for detailed masters with minimal undercuts. 1:1 mix by weight. Working time is 30 minutes and it cures in 24 hours at 72 degrees F.
Super Mold 40 Firm 40 Shore A rubber gives a good chemical resistant casting. 1:1 mix by weight. Working time is 20 minutes and cures in 24 hours at 72 degrees F.
