Mold Releases make it easy to remove your casting or your original from the mold.  Mold Releases come in a variety of forms such as liquid sprays, films, or waxes.  Mold Release is very important and facilitates the removal so that no stress will be exerted on the reproduction or the mold itself.

TR 104 High-temp Mold Release     This release is a carnauba blend wax that will accept higher temperatures.  Tr104 yields unsurpassed releases.  In it's raw form it is one of the hardest waxes available.  Excellent chemical and heat properties, gloss and polish ability.
Dries to a haze in 5-10 minutes at room temperature prior to polishing.  Excellent ease of wipe for extended time.  An industry standard for over 30 years! Packaged in a 14oz. can.

Application:     Cultured Marble and other cast molding
Open mold spray or hand lay-up
                        RTM/Vacuum bag and compression
                        Corrosion/Polymer concrete

PVA GREEN FILM #10
Partall #10 release is a water/alcohol solution of water soluble film-forming materials.  This unique liquid wax dries to a green film that can be cleaned up later by dissolving with water or it can be peeled out of the mold.  It is particularly recommended as a parting layer for separation between polyester or epoxy resins and various mold surfaces.  It is not recommended for use with resins containing water or giving off water during cure - i.e. phenolics.

Partall is normally applied by spraying on the mold surface and it dries at room temperature to form a smooth, very glossy film.  It will not shrink and pull away from corners or curved surfaces.  After drying of the resin the film parts easily from the mold and is readily dissolved from the molded parts with water.

A porous mold must first be sealed with lacquer or similar coating.  A good surface on plaster may be obtained with automobile type primer-sealers and lacquers.  Plaster molds must first be thoroughly dried.
Metal or plastic molds should be free of other parting agents, especially  silicone types.

Cleaning with fine steel wool or sandpaper will not affect the high gloss obtained with Partall.  Deep scratches or pits will fill with Partall solution and increase the drying time.

Silicone Spray Release      Heat stable silicone spray is a reliable release the makes everything glide easier.  This spray is formulated for industrial use.  Dries fast with no greasy or oily film.  Use on such surfaces as metal, glass, rubber, plastic, painted finishes, and fabrics (except polystyrene).  It is odorless, colorless, non-staining, waxless, and heat-stable (unaffected by temperatures ranging from  -40C to 204C).
It has unusually low surface tension properties.  Spray a light thin film on the surface & remove excess with a clean cloth.  Renew as necessary.   Aside from its mold release use it also stops squeaking, sticking, binding, and it retards corrosion.

Application:          Mold release to facilitate removal of castings.
Lubricate and prevent rust on paper cutters, dies, drills, saws, etc.
Prevents cellophane paper, pliofilm, polyethylene, vinyl, wax and other materials from
                                sticking to metals.
Eliminates carbon build-up on bag sealers, hand irons, hot plates, and automatic heat
                                sealing equipment.
Eliminates sticking problems in plastic and rubber molding.
Prevents adhesion of sticky materials to equipment.
Prevents bunching of fabric on sewing machines.
Stops the adhesion of urethane foam backings, foam rubber, and other nonsliding
materials to metal, wood, or rubber.
Lubricates drawer slides, locks, doors and joints. weather stripping, window channels
